Access and retention

Requests are stored on our hosting server in France and accessible to the Nexa European Sourcing operator. Inquiry records are scheduled for deletion 12 months after submission. Where an inquiry becomes a client engagement, necessary contractual records are retained separately for applicable obligations. Hosting and email providers may process information on our behalf. This form does not subscribe you to a newsletter.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your data, and object where applicable, by contacting us. You can also complain to the French data protection authority, CNIL. Please do not include sensitive personal information or confidential technical files in the initial form.
