NEXA is paid only by the buyer. A fixed fee and/or a percentage of the order is agreed in writing before work begins. We do not accept supplier commissions. Scope, deliverables and payment terms are confirmed in the same agreement.
We do not purchase or hold goods and do not physically handle freight, customs clearance, or import operations. Those responsibilities must be agreed between the buyer, supplier, and their appointed specialists.
